Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the order total and will be charged once all items are added to your cart. Items will generally ship within three to five business days unless the product description states otherwise. Orders will typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. (Please keep in mind that both Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving are considered UPS holidays).
For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico please contact us as additional shipping charges and transit time may apply to your order.

Oversized items will be charged an additional shipping fee base on weight; this will be noted in their item description.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your new Alumni Store merchandise you may return or exchange it up to 60 days after the purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition. Please note some items are not returnable (such as fragrances, personalized items) and this will be noted in their product description.
Returns
-Please identify the items you are returning by circling them on your packing slip as well as provide a reason for each returned item.
-Please write “RETURN” on the outside of the package when you mail it out. We recommend mailing with Delivery Confirmation to track the status of your package. Please note items on our store are sometimes shipped from multiple locations, if you need a return address please contact customer service so that we can provide you with the correct address as not to delay the processing of your order.
-Once your return is received it will be processed within 10 business days. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
-Credits will be given for merchandise only, not shipping and handling.
Exchanges
-Please identify the item(s) you would like to exchange by circling them on your packing slip. The Exchange Form will also need to be filled out with the information needed for your new item. If an Exchange Form was not included in your original order please contact customer service so we can email a form to you.
