The cost of all items on the Alumni Store @ Penn State includes both UPS Ground Shipping and handling charges. Items generally ship within three business days unless the product description states otherwise. Orders will typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. (Please keep in mind that both Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving are considered UPS holidays).
