It is the responsibility of the customer to bring the item inside their house/apartment. The truck driver will not leave the furniture piece outside of your house without an authorized signature for standard delivery. The white glove delivery means the carrier will bring the furniture inside and place wherever you’d like, assemble if needed and remove the cardboard box and all packing materials. White Glove is an additional $150.
